Our Board of Directors will be presenting three possible amenity projects for the enhancement of our community and lifestyle here at Sun City Shadow Hills:
- Development of Five-Acre Parcel
- Montecito Café Renovation
- Four Additional Pickleball Courts
After the presentation, the Board will be asking for your input on these projects.
