During General Session on December 18, 2023, the Board announced two Townhalls to discuss the possibility of a one-time reserve assessment for new homeowners:
- January 12, 2024, at 10:00am
- January 30, 2024, at 6:00pm
Please note, both Townhalls have been cancelled to allow for further research by the Association’s legal counsel.
