2021 Monthly Assessment (Dues)

Beginning January 1, 2021, the monthly assessment will increase to $306 per month. As a reminder, the Board approved a one-time credit in the amount of $144 per homeowner; the net amount due for January is $162. The coupon books have been mailed but there is no coupon for the month of January. If you pay by check, please be sure to include your account number on your check. If you prefer a coupon, please contact the HOA office.

View Delivery Volunteer Needed in Phase 2

A volunteer is needed to deliver The View magazine in area #6, along Camino Vallecita and Camino Zulema in Phase 2.

Volunteers are notified at the end of the month when the magazines for their area are ready for pickup at the Santa Rosa Clubhouse.

Holiday Lighting and Decor

As reminder, exterior decorations may be displayed on an owner’s lot up to ten (10) days prior to the holiday and must be removed within five (5) days after the holiday, with the exception of December holidays, where exterior decorations may be displayed beginning Thanksgiving Day until January 10 of the December holiday season. Holiday decorations must not cause light glare to neighbors or other safety hazards related to vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

No Overnight On-street Parking

In prior years, relaxed overnight on-street parking was permitted during the Holidays. This year, due to the pandemic, known as the Novel Coronavirus, overnight on-street parking will not be allowed, unless a permit is issued. Non-essential guests are not allowed by State Law to stay overnight and all non-essential guests must leave the premises by 10:00 pm

Phase 3 North Security Gatehouse Street Maintenance

Maintenance of the interlocking pavers located at the Phase 3 Security Gatehouse entrance is scheduled to be begin December 7 and will be completed on December 12.

  • Gatehouse will remain open to vendors, guests and residents;
  • Please follow all detour signs and maintenance crew instructions;
  • Please be aware that there will be some detouring and crews working in the roadways.

Shadows Restaurant will now be open at 8 am for Saturday and Sunday breakfast service.
