Our area is currently experiencing a Spectrum service outage (internet, phone, and TV).
As a result, phones are currently down for all Association buildings, including Shadows Restaurant and Shadow Hills Golf Club.
Point of Service (POS) systems are currently down at the North Course, South Course, and Shadows Restaurant. The opening of Shadows Restaurant will be delayed until internet service is restored.
Gate access for homeowners, guests, and vendors may experience delays.
Spectrum is working quickly to restore service. Stay tuned for updates.
Please be advised that authorized personnel from the Fire Alarm System maintenance service provider will be on site to perform the annual fire alarm and sprinkler inspection as part of the routine planned preventive maintenance. During this time, the buildings’ audible alarm and flashing strobes will be activated for several minutes. This will be repeated during the testing period multiple times. Please disregard any audible alarms or flashing strobes as this is required to test the building’s life-safety system appropriately. These inspections are required by the local Fire Marshall, fire codes, and national standards.
Note: If the audible alarm and flashing strobes are recurrently operating for more than five minutes during the test period then, this is a genuine evacuation indication, and all occupants must follow the evacuation procedures immediately.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused during the time of testing and appreciate your cooperation.
For more information, please contact the Facilities Maintenance Department, at 760-345-4349 ext. 2401.
* Note: this is a reschedule of the testing that was supposed to occur last week.
The transponder entrance gate at the Phase 3 North Gate is currently down due to a power outage. An electrician is on-site and we hope to restore service as soon as possible.
Residents with transponders are advised to use the Madison Gate to enter Phase 3 to avoid traffic delays at the gatehouse entrance.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
