By your signature below, the Association shall be entitled to send you the following list of Association Communications to you via electronic communications:

Association Email Blasts, General Announcements to Members, Event Information, and Emergency Announcements.

NOTE: Making this election will result in your email address being placed on the Association's official membership list. If you do not wish your email address, or regular mail address, to be published to other members when they request a copy of the membership list, you will need to also sign the "Membership List Opt-Out Form".

Each owner of a Lot must fill out a separate form.
