Come hear the Board candidates speak about their qualifications and positions regarding the SCSH community.

The Montecito Clubhouse will be closed today, January 23, 2023 until 2:00pm, due to the installation of the HVAC units on the roof.

The east side of the Montecito Clubhouse parking lot will be closed due to the AC unit replacement project on Monday, January 23, from 5:00am to 2:00pm. The closure includes all parking spaces east of the entrance, in front of the fitness center, as well as the tennis courts. Please park west of the fitness center entrance during this time.

Additionally, the Montecito Clubhouse itself will be closed until 2:00pm.

Reminder that the HOA Office is closed today, Monday, January 16, 2023, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The dog parks will be closed for insect treatment on the following dates:

• Wednesday, January 18: Phase 3 Dog Park
• Thursday, January 19: Phase 1 Dog Park

Reminder: The HOA office will be closed on Monday, January 2, in observance of the New Year holiday.

Due to the 2022 Christmas and 2023 New Year’s Day holidays occurring on Sunday, there will be no service interruptions or delays during the holiday weeks.

The reopening of the North Channel has been postponed to Monday, January 2, 2023.

Due to cold weather, germination of the rye seed has taken longer than expected. On December 22, we will apply fertilizer to help with the growth of the rye grass in order to have strong roots and healthy grass by the reopening date.

Friendly reminder, overnight on-street parking for guests is permitted during the following time frames:

• Friday, December 23, 2022 – Monday, January 2, 2023

Please note, during this time, overnight on-street parking citations will not be issued. Please do not park in the no-parking zones such as red curbs or obstruct any driveways.

Please contact the HOA Office at 760-345-4349 ext. 1 for Clubhouse Parking passes. RV parking passes may be obtained at either main gate (Jefferson Street or 40th Avenue).

Also, reminder that vendors will not be allowed on property on the following holidays. Emergency exceptions will be considered.

• Christmas Day:  Sunday, December 25, 2022
• New Year’s Day:  Sunday, January 1, 2023

The Montecito Outdoor Pool will be closed on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, for maintenance. It will reopen Thursday, December 15, 2022.
