Indio Music Festivals

The Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals are upon us. For the next three weekends, we will be experiencing traffic delays, gate congestion, additional guests on property, and louder than usual noise. Please be patient and allow for extra travel time.

Santa Rosa Parking Lot Partial Closure (4/13)

All Roadways and Parking Areas Must be Clear

  • All vehicles must be out of respective areas by 7:00 A.M. and may return after 7:00 A.M. the following morning OR WHEN BARRICADES HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
  • Please have irrigation sprinklers off from one day before and one day after each move in.
  • The cleaning process involves power blowers and sweepers that causes a nuisance dust. Please make sure all doors, windows and car windows are closed.
  • Do not walk or drive on wet seal coat.
  • Please be careful when turning vehicle wheels, as the seal coat will remain tender for approximately four (4) weeks. Avoid turning weeks while vehicle is sitting still
  • Please follow all detour signs and construction crew instructions
  • Please be aware that there will be some detouring, and crews working in the roadways
  • Please note the site map showing the areas and scheduled dates for the seal coating.

Montecito Clubhouse Early Closure Notice (3/22)

Montecito Clubhouse Early Closure Notice
Date: March 22, 2022, 8:00 pm

On Tuesday, March 22, 2022, Coachella Valley Water District will be conducting the four-year non-potable cross connection testing for the Montecito Clubhouse. CVWD will be shutting off the domestic water at the 8:00 pm for approximately eight hours, while the golf course irrigation system is running at normal pressure.

The Montecito Clubhouse will be closing at 8:00 pm and will resume regular hours of operation the following morning.

Reminder: Election Signs

Friendly reminder, election signs may be displayed beginning March 5, 2022.

2.8.4 Event/Political Signs: Residents are permitted to simultaneously display up to three (3) event/political signs and flags on their Lot. The signs cannot be identical or substantially similar to any other event/political sign placed on the same Lot. Event/political signs may be displayed no more than thirty (30) consecutive days before the event or election and must be removed the day after the event or election. Political flags count as signs and are defined for these guidelines as signs. Event/Political signs may only be displayed in the front yard. US flags are exempt from these guidelines and may be displayed all year round. Flags may not be larger than 15 sq. ft. and signs may not be larger than 9 sq. ft. At no time shall such signs violate applicable law.

Fire Alarm Testing (March 2 & 3)

Please be advised that authorized personnel from the Fire Alarm System maintenance service provider will be on site to perform the annual fire alarm and sprinkler inspection as part of the routine planned preventive maintenance. During this time, the buildings’ audible alarm and flashing strobes will be activated for one to two minutes. This will be repeated during the testing period multiple times. Please disregard any audible alarms or flashing strobes as this is required to test the buildings life safety system appropriately. These inspections are required by the local fire marshal, fire codes, and national standards.

Note: If the audible alarm and flashing strobes are recurrently operating for more than five minutes during the test period then, this is a genuine evacuation indication and all occupants must follow the evacuation procedures immediately.

  • Date of Inspection: March 2 and 3, 2022
